Volunteers are a critical component of our success. Whether it's helping answer the hotline, with administrative assistance, or with special event help, we appreciate each and every volunteer for their time and unique talents.
Current Volunteer needs:
- Advocates for all programs: Contact Meghan Miller at 314-289-5662
Board of Directors and Board committees: If you have a special skill set you'd like to contribute and have a desire to be a spokesperson for our mission, contact Marti Kelly at 314-289-5650.
Interns comprise a large number of our victim advocates. This is not your ordinary internship; you will not make coffee (unless you'd like some...)
Our interns act as victim advocates or counselors, helping provide support and healing to thousands of victims.
Opportunities are currently available in victim advocacy, counseling, nonprofit management, marketing and communications.
Whether you are working on an undergraduate internship, graduate practicum or post-graduate work, we hope you will join us for an exciting chance to create sustainable social change.
CVC appreciates every donation, both monetary and in-kind. There is no donation too small to help in our effort to provide our services free of charge to victims and their families.
You may make a general donation to benefit all programs or, if you like a specific program, we will designate your donation to that program.
CVC strictly adheres to the Alliance of Professional Fundraisers (AFP) Code of Donor Ethics.
Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions about donations or to receive additional organizational information: 314-289-5650.
